Troubleshooting
- RFID fob not recognised, or "Not authorised to charge" error displayed
- Charger is not staying at a 7kW charge-rate and is fluctuating up and down
- The charger is a 22kW capable model, but my EV is only charging at 7kW
- Charger shows “Paused for Optimisation" on-screen and is no longer actively charging the vehicle
- Charger is frozen or unresponsive
- Charging cable stuck in the charger socket
