Need help understanding your bill or when you can be expecting it? Check out the information below.

 

Example bill breakdown

Your bill will include a breakdown of the services that you have been provoded along with the associated costs. If you are being invoiced for multiple sites, these may be listed as separate line items on the invoice. If you do require a separate invoice for each site, please speak to your Account Manager, who will arrange for updated separate invoices to be produced.

 

 

Problems with your bill?

If you notice a discrepency on your bill, or have any questions relating to the services you have been charged for, please reach out to your dedicated account manager in the first instance. Our Billing & Collections team will be unable to answer any service or product related queries.

 

Have questions about making payments?

Our Billing & Collections team will be happy to assist you in making a payment, simply send details of your request over to billing@crackingenergy.com. Please include any specific requirements or requests on the email, such as preferred payment method. The team will either be able to deal with this via email (by sending a payment or banking details for example), or will be happy to give you a call to take payment over the phone.
